Through 2025 – 2027, the Norwegian museum network for democracy and human rights (Demokratinettverket) will conduct a seminar series that addresses several pressing issues related to the promotion of democracy, civic participation, and human rights.

We believe that museums, memorials, and human rights centers can play an important role at a time when many people foster more pessimistic views about the future of democracy, and where work for human rights faces new challenges.
